Returns

You can always check whether you can return a product and the applicable return period in two ways: directly on the product detail page next to the "Add to Cart" button, or in your order overview. The return period starts on the shipping date; the decisive date is the postmark of the assigned shipping provider. Please also note our Terms & Conditions – not all products are eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

First check in your order overview whether the product is still within the return period. Click on the "Request Return" button there and send the automatically generated e-mail to rma@ofrex.ch. Then send the goods back to us. As soon as we receive your shipment, we will check the condition of the item and, if applicable, process the refund. After completion, our team will inform you about the next steps.

Exceptions to Returns

A return is excluded if accessories are missing, the original packaging is no longer available, or the item shows signs of use. Some products may only be returned if they are in their original packaging, undamaged, complete, and unopened. This particularly applies to the following categories:

  • Consumables such as toner, ink cartridges, or filters
  • Hygiene and health products such as soap, disinfectants, toilet paper, headphones, razors, toothbrushes
  • Food and items for food preparation or storage such as kettles, mixers, storage containers, pans, or cutlery sets
  • Clothing and textiles where labels have been removed or with signs of use (e.g. odours or stains)
  • Products that have already been registered (e.g. serial numbers)
  • Special orders or direct shipments
  • Custom-configured products (e.g. CTO, BTO)
  • All items explicitly excluded from the right of return
