Here you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping when you order from us.
Delivery Times
Items available in our warehouse are shipped Monday to Friday on the same day if your order reaches us by 16:30. For pallet and freight shipments, the cut-off for next-day delivery is 14:30. Different lead times may apply to items shipped by our partners; we indicate these on the respective product detail page.
Shipments from Our Warehouse
Standard parcels up to 30 kilograms are usually handed over to DHL; in certain postal code areas, our partner Iorio Transporte AG handles the last-mile delivery.
Shipments from Partners
For deliveries shipped directly by manufacturers or suppliers, other carriers may be used; the intended shipping method is always shown on the product detail page.
Pallet & Freight Deliveries
If a single package weighs more than 30 kilograms or the goods are bulky — for example multiple crates of beverages or large whiteboards — we commission the freight forwarder Logista AG. If Logista has no capacity, Sieber Transporte AG will step in. For direct-from-supplier deliveries, a specialized carrier may be used; the shipping method is indicated on the product detail page.
Business Customer Delivery
If you’re ordering for a company and have special delivery requests, please contact our customer service in advance at info@ofrex.ch; we’ll almost always find a suitable solution together.
Delivery Area
We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
Damages on Receipt
Please check every shipment immediately upon receipt. If you notice transport damage or missing parcels, inform us right away at info@ofrex.ch so we can clarify the issue with the carrier and quickly provide a solution.
