Defects
If a product purchased from Ofrex AG is damaged, defective or not working properly, you can report the issue easily. Open your order overview, click «Report a defect» for the relevant item, and send the automatically generated e-mail to rma@ofrex.ch. Our specialist team will then contact you as soon as possible to clarify the next steps.
Warranty and Statutory Liability
All items purchased from Ofrex AG are subject to statutory warranty and — where provided by the manufacturer — additional warranty services. Once you report a defect, we review the case and coordinate the next steps with you, for example repair, replacement or a credit. For details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
