Shipment

Here you will find all information about our shipping when you order from us.

Delivery times

We ship products that are in stock from our warehouse on the same day we receive your order, Monday to Friday, provided we receive your order by 4:30 PM. For palletized products and general cargo shipments, the order deadline is 2:30 PM for next-day delivery. Different delivery times may apply for products shipped by our partners; these are stated on the product details page.

Deliveries from our own warehouse

We generally hand over normal parcels up to 30 kilograms to DHL; in certain postal code areas, our partner Iorio Transporte AG handles delivery.

Deliveries from partners

For deliveries sent directly from the manufacturer or supplier, other service providers are used; the intended shipping method is always specified on the product detail page.

Pallets and general cargo deliveries

If a single package weighs more than 30 kilograms or if the goods are particularly bulky—for example, several crates of beverages or large whiteboards—we commission the freight forwarding company Logista AG. Should Logista, in exceptional circumstances, not have available capacity, Sieber Transporte AG will step in. For deliveries sent directly from the manufacturer or supplier, another specialized service provider may be used; the intended shipping method is always stated on the product details page.

Delivery to business customers

If you are ordering for a company and have special delivery requirements, please contact our customer service in advance at info@ofrex.ch ; together we can almost always find a suitable solution.

Delivery area

We only deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Defects upon receipt

Please inspect each shipment immediately upon receipt. If you notice any transport damage or missing packages, please notify us immediately by email at info@ofrex.ch so that we can clarify the damage with the carrier and quickly work out a solution.
